Hourly Rate

Most work is performed on an hourly basis at the rate of $48 per hour. Time is billed in 15 minute increments with a one hour minimum charge. I'm sure if you check around, you will find my price very reasonable for in-home service.

Fixed Rate

Certain services are provided at a fixed rate. This way you know exactly what the charge will be before the work begins. Please check the Services Offered section for a detailed description of each item.

• Optimization Package - $45
• Operating System Install - $75
• Move data from current OS- $15
• Discounted hardware replacement, such as replacing a bad hard drive. Only $25 instead of $45.
• Discounted software install. Only $5 per program instead of $10.
• Discounted automatic backup. Only $25 (plus cost of hard drive if needed) instead of $45.
• Software Install - $10
• Computer Setup - $75
• Copy data from existing pc - $15
• Discounted software install. Only $5 per program instead of $10.
• Discounted automatic backup. Only $25 (plus cost of hard drive if needed) instead of $45.
• Automatic Data Backup - $45 (plus cost of additional hard drive if needed)
• Install / Replace one Hardware Device and Configure Necessary Sofware - $45
• Set up Wireless Network for one Computer - $45 (plus cost of wireless router if needed, $10 each additional computer)

*Blocks of time can't be used for remote control work performed, as that service is already discounted.
